Please see our comprehensive swim school policies linked below for detailed information on make-ups, swim diapers, enrollment, attendance, code of conduct, and more. Familiarizing yourself with these policies ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for both swimmers and their families. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Our Policies:

  • Safety First – Our top priority is the safety of our swimmers. We maintain rigorous safety standards, including certified instructors, lifeguards on duty, and regular facility inspections.
  • Enrollment and Registration – To enroll in our swim programs, all participants must complete the registration process, including providing necessary medical information and emergency contacts.
  • Attendance and Punctuality – Regular attendance is crucial for skill development and progression. We encourage swimmers to arrive on time for their scheduled classes to maximize their time in the water.
  • Make-up Lessons – We understand that conflicts may arise, leading to missed lessons. We offer make-up lessons based on availability and require advanced notice for scheduling.
  • Payments and Cancelation Policy – Payment for swim lessons will be processed via the credit card on file on the first day of class for each session. A $25 cancellation fee per weekly class scheduled will be applied if cancellation occurs within two weeks of the start of the session. Additionally, a $10 late cancellation fee will be charged if a customer cancels within 6 hours of the scheduled class time. These fees are non-refundable and are applied to cover administrative costs and ensure fairness to both instructors and other enrolled students. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
  • Diaper Policy – All students 3 years or younger are required to wear a Happy Nappy Duo swim diaper. Please see our Diaper Policy for more information.
  • Voucher Policy – As with all customers, payment is due on or before the first day of class. If payment is not made in advance, we will run your credit card on file on the first day of class. Please see our Voucher Policy for more information.
  • Photos – Photos and videos of students are often taken at SWSS. Please let us know if this is a concern.
  • Code of Conduct – We promote a positive and respectful environment for all participants, instructors, and staff. Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.
  • Parental Involvement and Communication – We encourage parents to actively participate in their child’s swimming journey by providing support and encouragement. Additionally, parents must remain on-site during lessons for the safety of their child. Open communication between instructors, staff, and parents is essential. We welcome feedback, questions, and concerns to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.
